“We have received many cases of locked Vertu phones. Most of them cannot be unlocked, turning the Vertu phone into a real “brick”. Therefore, users should go to official stores because the products here are genuine, have clear origins and especially do not worry about being locked”, said a representative of Vertu Vietnam.

Therefore, when Vertu has an error, users should immediately go to an authorized Vertu warranty center for inspection and repair. Do not go to unofficial stores, because there have been some cases where users have had their accessories "stolen".

“Vertu has always been known as a precious jewelry with rare materials, such as Sapphire, gold, diamonds, etc., so some warranty stores have taken advantage by swapping accessories and components. This not only affects the quality of the phone but also reduces the value of a luxurious, high-class jewelry, a symbol of the upper class,” said a Vertu representative.

Two genuine stores and one authorized Vertu warranty center in Vietnam can meet the needs of customers nationwide, with Metavertu, Vertu Aster P, iVertu or Vertu Signature lines and genuine accessories being exclusively distributed by Vertu Vietnam. The two genuine Vertu stores in Vietnam are currently located in Hanoi (3A Le Thai To, Hoan Kiem District) and Ho Chi Minh City (71 Dong Khoi, District 1).
