100% tuition waiver
Students majoring in Ho Chi Minh Thought, Marxism-Leninism.
Children of wounded soldiers, martyrs or sick soldiers.
People with disabilities.
People of very small ethnic groups living in difficult or extremely difficult socio-economic conditions.
Ethnic minorities whose father, mother or grandparents (if they are guardians) belong to poor or near-poor households.
Children of people exposed to Agent Orange during the war.
People with revolutionary contributions, war invalids and sick soldiers, enjoy the same policies as war invalids or heroes of the armed forces.
Children of revolutionary activists before 1945; children of armed forces heroes during the resistance period.
Students aged 16 – 22 who are studying for a first degree in Education but are orphans and have no source of support are eligible for social protection.
