Signing cooperation agreement on training high-quality human resources in agriculture

Cooperation signing ceremony between University of Agriculture and Forestry (Thai Nguyen University) and Tan Long Group.

To train closely with the reality and needs of the labor market, the University of Agriculture and Forestry has cooperated and received support from pioneering enterprises in the agricultural sector, including Tan Long Group. The Group has implemented many meaningful activities, contributing to supporting students.

Typically, by organizing the "Talent Incubation" class, Tan Long Group supports 100% of tuition fees and creates paid internships for excellent students. The Group has also accompanied the School in the 2025 enrollment process - opening up more learning and career development opportunities for students.

At the signing ceremony, the University of Agriculture and Forestry and Tan Long Group agreed to cooperate comprehensively, with the main contents: Every year, the two units determine recruitment targets according to the Group's order needs and sign specific training cooperation contracts for each class and course at each time. Tan Long Group places training orders, supports 100% of tuition fees and pays salaries for 3rd and 4th year students participating in the "Talent Incubation" class selected by the Group (during their internship at the Group); supports 100% of course tuition fees, accepts students to work at the Group and pays salaries for students majoring in: Animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, environmental science, food technology and accepts them to go on field trips, practice, train and intern. In addition, lecturers and students of the University of Agriculture and Forestry coordinate scientific research (according to the Group's orders)...

Also at the Program, the two units jointly organized the Talkshow "Creating the path of happiness in the agricultural sector" - a practical topic for staff, lecturers and students of the University of Agriculture and Forestry, in the context of Vietnam's agriculture changing strongly.

Tan Long Group representative presented 800 million VND to students of the School's "Talent Incubation" class.

On this occasion, Tan Long Group awarded 20 scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties and students with excellent academic achievements at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, with a total value of 200 million VND; and awarded 800 million VND to students of the "Talent Nurturing" class of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of the University.

The choice to cooperate with Tan Long Group affirms a new step forward, marking a comprehensive and long-term cooperation between the University of Agriculture and Forestry and the Group.
