Brigade 162 draws experience from training missions, building discipline, and managing discipline.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Son delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

In the first quarter, the Party Committee and Command of Brigade 162 focused on leading and directing the implementation of many synchronous and effective solutions to do a good job of preparing and organizing training; thoroughly grasping the combat training task in 2025 to 100% of officers and soldiers; reviewing the content, dividing the training subjects; completing plans, documents, and establishing teaching teams. The Brigade participated in the Regional competition on teaching model, simulation software, and training films and won first prize; well prepared facilities, classrooms, training grounds, training, fostering, and adopting model lesson plans to improve skills and pedagogical expertise... The results of the training to change to combat readiness status and the first month of the year training tests for the subjects were 100% satisfactory, of which more than 80% were good and excellent.

The Chief of Brigade 162 awarded prizes to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Model Teaching Aids Competition.

In addition, the brigade regularly organizes field trips, study tours, and experience sharing among agencies, fleets, and affiliated ships on the work of building regulations, preserving, and maintaining technical equipment; continues to strictly maintain non-professional military control teams, command teams at military ports to promptly correct etiquette and conduct. The soldiers' mental state is basically stable, they can work with peace of mind; the unit ensures absolute safety.

The conference aims to properly assess the reality and agree on effective measures in leadership and direction, further improve the quality of training, build discipline, manage discipline and ensure safety in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Party Committee and Command of Brigade 162 awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 Teaching Aid Model Competition.
