Many meaningful activities of the youth of Naval Region 2

The Training Center's Youth Union coordinated with Nhon Trach District Youth Union to implement the Training Season Support Program.

The Youth Union of each unit simultaneously organized "Green Sunday", "Volunteer Saturday", and communist labor to clean up the unit's environmental landscape. The Youth Union of Naval Region 2 has renewed 13 typical youth projects such as "Youth Flower Garden", "Source Waste Classification", "Youth Barber Shop", "100 Dong House". In particular, the Youth Union members have received and planted more than 2,000 trees of various types, contributing to environmental protection and improving the unit's landscape.

With the spirit of "Youth volunteering for the community", more than 1,000 cadres and youth union members have actively participated with the people in building new rural areas. Notable activities include cleaning more than 25 km of urban roads, 2 km of coastline; collecting more than 1,500 kg of various types of plastic waste. These efforts have received high appreciation from local authorities and people.

Hundreds of union members participated in the online contest to learn about the tradition of "The Sea, Islands of the Fatherland and the heroic Vietnam People's Navy", contributing to raising awareness of the sovereignty of the homeland's seas and islands.

In addition, cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities with sister units and comrades' birthday programs took place very excitingly. Youth Union organizations also actively coordinated in information and propaganda work on the situation of the sea and islands; attracted human resources and effectively implemented the program "Supporting the training season".

In particular, the Youth Union organizations have proactively coordinated closely with the Youth Union organizations of the twin units to organize many meaningful activities such as: "Youth proud, firmly following the Party" program, "Border March" program, "Peak day of new rural construction and the first Green Sunday in 2025" program.

The Youth Union of Brigade 167 coordinated with the Youth Union of Long Son commune and Long Son Border Guard Station to organize the Volunteer Saturday activity.

Through a series of rich and diverse activities, the youth of Naval Region 2 have contributed to strengthening the military-civilian relationship, promoting the dynamic and creative spirit of the youth. At the same time, these activities also have the meaning of propaganda, education, and orientation for union members and young people about noble values, living with ideals, having ambitions and aspirations to rise up. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness and forming a lifestyle and behavior with ethical standards of revolutionary soldiers, spreading the good image of Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers in the hearts of the people.
