Many businesses are looking for students at the Job Fair of Hanoi University of Industry.

On March 29, Hanoi University of Industry organized the 2025 Job Fair, with the participation of nearly 70 enterprises in many fields such as semiconductor design, precision mechanical processing, telecommunications infrastructure and civil construction, auto parts manufacturing, weaving, fabric dyeing, etc.

At the Festival, in addition to welcoming candidates who are graduates from Hanoi University of Industry, businesses also focus on building long-term cooperative relationships with the school to access potential human resources right from when students are still in school.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Hanoi University of Industry Job Fair 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of the school expressed his desire to expand international cooperation in training and production internships with domestic and foreign enterprises; attract students from other countries to study and research at the school, and after graduation, they will work for enterprises, and enterprises will support their expenses while studying at the school.

In addition, cooperation in investing in training resources for high-quality human resources such as technology, machinery, equipment, etc., suitable for the production technology of enterprises. Hanoi University of Industry calls on units and enterprises to cooperate and invest in training activities at the school, together towards the future, training high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of enterprises.

The Hanoi University of Industry Job Fair witnessed a new trend in the recruitment methods of businesses, aiming to find candidates who not only have solid professional knowledge but also soft skills, quick adaptability and creative thinking.

According to the representative of Hanoi University of Industry, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed and issued Directive No. 10/CT-TTg dated March 25, 2025 on promoting the development of small and medium enterprises. Accordingly, the Prime Minister requested to resolutely implement the goal of developing small and medium enterprises quickly and sustainably, increasing in quantity, quality, scale, operational efficiency and making important contributions to the economy. Strive to have at least 1 million more enterprises by 2030.

Thus, the future of the Vietnamese labor market will become more dynamic and diverse than ever with countless new job opportunities in many different fields and industries. In addition, competition between businesses will also promote the improvement of income and working conditions for workers, and will create a "fever" of high-quality human resources from prestigious training institutions.
