Today (October 17), Vietnam's No. 1 tennis player and currently ranked 32nd in the world, Nguyen Thuy Linh, lost to Thai tennis player Supanida Katethong (ranked 11th in the world) in the second round of the women's singles at the 2024 Denmark Open badminton tournament. This is a tournament within the World Tour Super 750 system of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) with a total prize money of up to 850,000 USD (about 21 billion VND).
