As a prestigious person among ethnic minorities, over the years, Mr. Ha Tran Que in Vuong area, Xuan Dai commune, Tan Son district has always actively set an example, not only accompanying people to overcome difficulties but also being a solid "bridge" between the Party, the government and the people, contributing to strengthening solidarity in the community.

Mr. Ha Tran Que was born in 1966 and was trained in the military environment. In 1988, he was discharged from the army and returned to his hometown to actively work, produce, and develop his family's economy, becoming a well-off household in the area, loved and respected by the people. In 2013, Mr. Que was elected by the people of Vuong area as the Head of the area. With the motto "listen to the people, speak so that the people understand, and make the people believe," he actively propagated and mobilized the people to comply with the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws, and local regulations, while listening to the people's thoughts and aspirations.

In 2016, Mr. Ha Tran Que was trusted by the local people and honored as a "prestigious person" in the Muong community in Vuong area. Worthy of the people's affection and trust, Mr. Que always stays close to and understands the aspirations of the people, coordinates with local authorities and authorities to resolve difficulties and problems in the residential area, actively propagates and mobilizes people to unite, effectively implement economic development movements, join hands in building new rural areas and practice cultural lifestyle in the residential area.

Thanks to his prestige and experience, Mr. Que actively worked with the Residential Front Committee to mobilize people to contribute money and working days to solidify more than 1km of inter-zone road connecting Vuong area to Xom Moi in Dong Tao area with a mobilized amount of 500,000 VND/household. He was an exemplary pioneer in demolishing fences and donating more than ^20m2 of garden land to expand rural roads. Following his example, many households in the area volunteered to donate land to build roads. Thanks to that, the land was cleared and the inter-zone road was completed, bringing a new look to Vuong area, not only contributing to improving people's lives but also opening up opportunities for trade and economic development for the people.

Mr. Ha Tran Que confided: Khu Vuong is about 2km from the commune center, the whole area has 125 households with a total of 585 people, of which more than 80% are Muong ethnic people, the main economic activity is agricultural and forestry production. In previous years, the people's lives encountered many difficulties due to backward production practices and a high poverty rate. With the responsibility of being a prestigious person, if you want to speak for people to trust, you yourself must be a pioneer, do it first, when people see the effectiveness, they will learn and follow. Whatever you know, you will propagate and share, whatever you see is not right, you will analyze and give advice to everyone to understand, together do useful things, build the village".

The inter-zone road through Vuong area to Dong Tao area (Xuan Dai commune, Tan Son district) was solidified according to the motto "State and people work together" with the active contribution of prestigious person Ha Tran Que.

Dedicated and enthusiastic about the common work, Mr. Que also worked with the people to repair and upgrade the cultural house of the area, creating a spacious and clean common living space. He also actively propagated and mobilized the people to actively work in production, improve economic life, and proactively coordinated with local authorities and socio-political organizations to mobilize the people to actively participate in the movements "All people protect national security" and "Maintain security and order in residential areas".
