According to Mr. Tran Manh Cuong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Circus Federation, after receiving information about the image of the collective statement of the Central Circus (Vietnam Circus Federation) supporting flood victims with 10,000 VND, the Board of Directors asked the Heads of departments and boards to check and review whether any officers, employees, or workers in the Vietnam Circus Federation did it, but all of them pledged to affirm that they did not do it.

The student apologized to all the artists of the Vietnam Circus Federation.

At 11:00 a.m. on September 13, the person who transferred VND10,000 to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front with the content "support from the Central Circus" called the hotline of the Vietnam Circus Federation to admit that he had transferred the money with the above content. Immediately, the leadership of the Vietnam Circus Federation invited this person to come to work.

At the meeting, with the presence of the Vietnam Circus Federation's Board of Directors, representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Trade Union, Hai Ba Trung District Security Agency, and Room PA03, this person confessed that he was a fourth-year student at a university in Hanoi.

This person has a group of friends who created a group called "Vietnam Circus" to show their cheerful and flexible personality, so when supporting, they used the title "the Central Circus brothers and sisters" to support, without thinking of impersonating artists of the Vietnam Circus Federation.

According to Deputy Director Tran Manh Cuong, during the meeting, the student apologized to all the artists of the Vietnam Circus Federation and said he did not think about the consequences he caused.

Mr. Tran Manh Cuong also added: "The young man proactively contacted and showed up immediately when requested. However, the specific incident and how it will be handled will have to wait for the conclusion of the authorities"./.
