The above ranking results are based on the set of indicators for directing, operating and evaluating the quality of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures (TTHC) and public services in the electronic environment according to Decision No. 766/QD-TT dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister.

This ranking requires regular, continuous, and unceasing efforts in maintaining and improving the implementation results of 5 component index groups including: Publicity and transparency; progress and results of settlement; provision of online public services; digitalization of records; satisfaction level.

As of April 2, Quang Binh is leading the country with 85.72/100 points. This is also the highest result ever of this province (in 2022, it reached 53.2 points, ranked 40th; in 2023, it reached 58.52 points, ranked 59th; in 2024, it reached 81.25 points, ranked 33rd).

“In the coming time, to maintain and further promote the effectiveness of serving people and businesses, Quang Binh province really needs the joint efforts of departments, branches, localities, units, staff, civil servants, and public employees, especially the accompanying and coordinating role of businesses and investors,” Mr. Tran Phong - Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee expressed his wish.

Previously, in order to create momentum to promote socio-economic development, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province issued a document assigning departments, branches and localities to urgently review to cut at least 30% of administrative procedure processing time; reduce at least 30% of business costs; abolish at least 30% of unnecessary business conditions; promote digital transformation, in order to create momentum to promote GRDP economic growth in 2025 from 8% or more.
