On the evening of September 23, Chi Linh - Van Ha Stage performed the traditional opera "Loyal Duong Gia Tuong" (author Nguyen Quang Nha, director Chi Linh) at Tran Huu Trang Theater. A large audience came to watch, the organizers had to add extra seats to meet the demand to watch this special performance.

Choosing the section explaining the war between the Song and Liao armies, moving towards reconciliation after too many innocent people, including the Duong family, fell, the play tells about the famous general Duong Ke Nghiep of the Northern Song Dynasty. From Duong Ke Nghiep to Duong Tai Hung, all were people who had contributed much to the country of China, fighting against the invasion of the northern tribes such as Liao, Kim, and Tay Ha.
Many fictional stories with thrilling and dramatic details have created a vivid color for the story "Loyal General Duong Gia Tuong". The script has been carefully crafted, the staging of artist Chi Linh always makes the stage lively but no less lyrical and romantic. Especially the music of Cai Luong, Vong Co songs and the songs of Don Ca Tai Tu Nam Bo have been included to create many emotions.

Reuniting on stage with his younger brother - artist Chi Linh, and sister-in-law - artist Van Ha, the artist couple Minh Tam - Tai Luong expressed their intense emotions, because both of them had received the love of the audience. At the end of the play, the audience surrounded the two artists, hoping that they would have many opportunities to perform on stage in the country.

All three have effectively supported the young cast, making a strong impression on the unique traditional opera.

Artist Minh Tam was born in Ben Tre. In 1968, he went to Saigon and joined the Hoa The He theater troupe of the producer and composer Quang Phuc. In 1970, Minh Tam joined the Tan Da Ly theater troupe; in 1973, he joined the Xuan Lien Hoa troupe, becoming famous as the main actor paired with the main actress Ha My Xuan.
In 1976, the Saigon 3 opera troupe was established, Minh Tam was invited to play the main role, singing with artists Thanh Kim Hue and Tai Luong.
Minh Tam has been successful in leading roles in plays such as "The Hair of a Young Wife", "A Surgery", "The Centipede Girl", "Border Love Song", "Quan Huong Tram"...

Artist Tai Luong's real name is Huynh Thi Tai Luong, born in Saigon, graduated from the Saigon National School of Music and Drama in 1973. In 1976, she was invited to join the Saigon 3 troupe, becoming the main actress with female artist Thanh Kim Hue.
With an elegant, noble demeanor, sophisticated and convincing singing, after graduating from school for only a few years she became the leading actress of a large theater troupe.
The traditional opera "Loyal Duong Gia Tuong" gathered many young actors trained by director Chi Linh to take on difficult roles.
Artists Minh Tam and Tai Luong got married in 1978 and settled in France in 1981. In 2016, they both returned to their hometown and reunited with artists from the Kim Chung troupe, organized by People's Artist Le Thuy.
