The Provincial People's Committee has just announced the conclusion of Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the Conference to review 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 27/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council and Plan No. 36/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, after 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 27/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2021 of the People's Council and Plan No. 36/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities have implemented many drastic solutions, organized high-point campaigns to carry out the work of clearing and handling violations of traffic safety corridors (HLATGT) according to the objectives of Resolution No. 27 and the plan set out in Plan No. 36/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee. Contributing to restoring traffic safety order on many roads; recovering many illegally occupied land areas for roads; in which, focusing most on units on national highways and provincial roads.
However, the organization of violation clearance by localities still has many shortcomings that have not been paid attention to and handled promptly by district-level localities. Activities against encroachment and re-encroachment of road and railway traffic safety corridors have not been maintained regularly and continuously, and in some places, they are not active.
Reason: The inspection and handling work of the functional forces has not been carried out regularly, and some violations have not been strictly handled. In addition, the awareness of some people and businesses is still limited, they do not voluntarily comply with the provisions of the law, and deliberately violate and encroach on road traffic safety. There are cases where violations have been committed but the request of the functional agencies to handle the violations has been not complied with, complicating the situation. Many localities have not really coordinated with the traffic inspection force to handle violations of road traffic safety. The dissemination of laws on the protection of road works and road traffic safety to the people is not extensive and not diversified in the forms of dissemination.
In order to strengthen the work of clearing violations and preventing re-encroachment of road and railway traffic safety corridors in the province to achieve the set goals in 2024 with the theme: "Focusing on preventing re-encroachment and strengthening traffic safety corridor management" according to the policy of Resolution No. 27/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2021 of the People's Council and Plan No. 36/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, it is required that provincial, district and commune-level departments and branches need to strengthen measures, strictly implement, prevent re-encroachment and strengthen traffic safety corridor management.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned specific responsibilities to each department, branch, and locality to strictly implement the work of ensuring order and road traffic safety; clearing and preventing re-encroachment of traffic corridors and sidewalks.
