Agribank has just announced the auction of 500 tons of graphite ore of Vietnam Carbon & Graphite Company Limited and 300 tons of graphite ore of Lam Ngoc Investment and Trading Company Limited. These are collateral for loans at Agribank Tay Ho Branch.

This ore is in dry crystal form, packaged in bags and has been handed over to Agribank Tay Ho Branch for collateral handling.

Accordingly, 500 tons of graphite ore of Vietnam Carbon & Graphite Company Limited (carbon content 92%-93%, mesh -100) were offered for sale by the bank with a starting price of VND 4,611 billion.

Meanwhile, Agribank wants to collect VND2,365 billion from the auction of 300 tons of graphite ore (carbon content 90% - 92%, mesh - 100) of Lam Ngoc Investment and Trading Company Limited.

The above price does not include taxes, fees and other financial obligations as prescribed by law.

Transfer fees, costs of procedures for transferring ownership and usage rights, other fees (notarization fees for sales contracts), and taxes as prescribed by law will be paid by the auction winner.

Lam Ngoc Trading Investment Company Limited was established in 2019 with a charter capital of 5 billion VND, with Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam (born in 1974) as Director.

Lam Ngoc Company operates in the mining sector, headquartered on the 15th floor, Viet A Building, No. 9 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

Meanwhile, Vietnam Carbon & Graphite Company Limited was established in 2018, operating in the field of steel and cast iron production. The company's headquarters are on the 5th floor, VIT Tower building, 519 Kim Ma, Hanoi.

This enterprise is directed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Luong (born in 1987). Ms. Luong is also the legal representative at Linh Minh Thanh An Company Limited.

These two businesses are related to each other when Mr. Tran Ngoc Lam (Director of Lam Ngoc Investment and Trade Company Limited) is also the legal representative at Graphite Ngoc Vien Dong Yen Bai Branch - a member of Vietnam Carbon & Graphite Company Limited.
