Similarly, in package XL02 of Vung Ang - Bung project, the section through Bo Trach district, Ba Don town, Quang Binh province is constructed by Phuong Thanh Investment Joint Stock Company and Lizen. Next, at the Bung - Van Ninh project from Km625 to Km674 by a joint venture of contractors: Cienco4, Corporation 36 - JSC, Truong Son, 471, also invested by Project Management Board 6, throughout the entire route, contractors have paved asphalt concrete, installed hard dividers, installed anti-glare nets, traffic safety signs... Accumulated output to date: 4,016.419/4,935.13 billion VND, reaching 81.38% of the contract, meeting the set schedule.

Previously, on March 10, in Quang Tri province, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung and working delegation No. 2 worked with leaders of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces to review and remove difficulties and obstacles of 5 Eastern expressway projects (phase 2).

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, among the 5 projects running through Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces, contractors and investors have committed to completing the main route by April 30 and opening the entire expressway from Ha Tinh to Quang Tri by June 30.
