On March 7, Bac Giang Provincial Police informed that Hiep Hoa District Police had just issued a decision to arrest Tran Quang Huy (born 2005, residing in Dong Trong Dam residential group, Bac Ly town, Hiep Hoa district) to investigate the act of resisting a person on duty.

On March 6, the Traffic Police Team - Hiep Hoa District Police carried out a plan to patrol, control and handle violations on Provincial Road 295 in Cau Trang residential area, Bac Ly town.
At around 8:50 a.m., the task force discovered Tran Quang Huy driving a motorbike without a license plate, without a helmet, and without a rearview mirror, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection.
However, Huy did not obey the order to stop the car and instead accelerated and ran straight into the working group. The incident caused Lieutenant Colonel D.TC to be thrown off the road and fell onto the road. He was taken to the 108 Hospital (Hanoi) for emergency treatment by his teammates.
Immediately afterwards, the task force controlled Tran Quang Huy and handed him over to the Investigation Police Agency of Hiep Hoa District Police for handling according to regulations.
Through testing, Tran Quang Huy had no alcohol concentration, no drug-like stimulants.
According to Hiep Hoa District Police, Lieutenant Colonel D.TC's health is currently stable.
Previously, on February 2, on National Highway 37, in Hoang An Commune (Hiep Hoa District), there was also an incident of resisting law enforcement officers, injuring a soldier of the Traffic Police Team - Hiep Hoa District Police.
