Lam Ha District visits the Monument to heroic martyrs on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Lam Dong Liberation

(LĐ online) - On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Lam Dong Liberation Day (April 3, 1975 - April 3, 2025), towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), on the morning of April 3, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Ha district organized a visit to the Monument of the district's heroic martyrs.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Son - Secretary of the District Party Committee; Nguyen Van Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Nguyen Van Dau - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; comrades members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; Standing Committee of the District People's Council; leaders of the District People's Committee; leaders of the District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders, civil servants, public employees of agencies, departments, branches, unions; officers and soldiers of the district armed forces; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and officers and civil servants of Dinh Van town and Tan Van and Da Don communes.

In a solemn atmosphere, the leaders of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district and the delegates attending the ceremony observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs and offered flowers and incense to express their infinite gratitude to the heroic martyrs who fought bravely and sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary ideals of the Party and the nation, bringing peace, independence and freedom to the Fatherland.

To be worthy of the martyrs' sacrifices, over the past time, the Party Committee, government and people of Lam Ha district have always promoted their internal strength, united and constantly innovated, strived to compete for many important achievements in economic growth, social stability and national security and defense, striving to build the district to develop more and more, the material and spiritual life of all people is increasingly improved; especially paying attention to policy families and meritorious people in the area.

Before the souls of heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of Lam Ha district vow to continue to inherit and promote the tradition of solidarity, emulation in labor production, determined to build the locality to be increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized, worthy of the sacrifices of heroic martyrs, predecessors in the cause of national liberation struggle, building and defending the Fatherland.

Militia and self-defense forces burn incense and pay tribute to the martyrs' sacrifices for the nation's independence and freedom.

On this occasion, Lam Ha district leaders also organized many delegations to visit and present gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces; families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services, etc. Thereby demonstrating the Party and State's concern for families with meritorious services and veteran revolutionary cadres.
