Exam season - that sound has resounded among many blooming royal poinciana seasons, lingering in the beautiful aspirations of many generations of Ha Tinh students. Every year, in the days of June, that aspiration is written with the determination of the candidates and the support of the whole community.

Grade 9 students have just completed the Grade 10 High School Entrance Exam.

In the scorching heat of June, nearly 17,000 9th graders completed the 10th grade entrance exam for Ha Tinh High School and 10th grade of Ha Tinh Specialized High School. This year’s exam was assessed as quite easy, serious and in accordance with regulations, but for those who faced the challenge of taking an exam for the first time, the emotions and echoes of the exam still linger.

Tran Thi Thao Vy - Cuong Gian Secondary School (Nghi Xuan) shared: "My dream is to study and train at Ha Tinh Specialized High School, so over the past years, I have made constant efforts to accumulate knowledge to prepare for this exam. I still feel a bit regretful that my work is not complete, but I have tried my best to express myself and convey my aspirations in the exam. I hope my dream will come true."

For 12th graders, the high school graduation exam is an important milestone. The aspirations, beliefs, and hopes of 12 years of studying are affirmed in the final "obstacle" of student life. This year's exam season starts earlier than previous years, so this is the peak period for students to accelerate and race against time.

The sun is still "pouring fire" on the roads to school, the atmosphere in each classroom seems to be even hotter because of the anxious mood waiting for the exam day. In the last lessons, teachers and students still take advantage of the time to diligently accumulate knowledge. The wish for a bright future for students is conveyed by teachers in every word, every lecture. Each school, each teacher has flexible measures to "share the fire" with students. That is a great source of encouragement for them.

Ms. Tran Thi My Ha - teacher at Dong Loc High School (Can Loc) said: "Accompanying final year students through many exam seasons, we always understand and share their worries. Therefore, each teacher always tries their best to impart valuable knowledge and experience to students, helping them confidently enter the upcoming exam. At this time, teachers are also friends and relatives, ready to listen to their concerns and worries, share the pressure, encourage, motivate, and support students on their journey to conquer knowledge."

In each classroom, teachers and students are still diligently accumulating knowledge.

Exam season not only contains the aspirations of students, but also the continuation of unfinished dreams of parents, the expectations of schools and society for a new generation. More than 34,000 candidates taking the exams also means that there are more than 34,000 families following them with emotions: anxiety, anticipation, waiting. Behind the journey of passing the "gate of heaven" of candidates, there is always the silent sacrifice of fathers and mothers.

Continuing the tradition of a studious countryside, with the spirit of everyone accompanying and supporting the candidates, the exam season is not only the season of sowing aspirations for students, parents and teachers but also brings with it the faith and hope of the whole community and society. That is demonstrated by the plans and strategies of forces and sectors to ensure exam safety; and the volunteer activities of "supporting the exam season" to support and help candidates and their families at the exam sites. These actions have ignited the fire of faith and created motivation for the candidates.

The testing sites have been fully prepared with facilities according to regulations.

These days, the education sector is urgently preparing the necessary conditions to ensure that the 2023 High School Graduation Exam takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training said: "To prepare the students, the sector has directed schools to perform well the tasks of teaching, reviewing, and fully preparing knowledge and skills for students. The preparation of facilities and staff for the exam has also been seriously and thoughtfully implemented by schools - the places where the exam sites are selected according to regulations. Everything is ready to welcome the candidates."
