This afternoon (November 4), Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announced the list of expected admission subject combinations for the 2025 admission season. Each major is expected to have 4 admission combinations and each combination consists of 3 subjects. The combinations apply to the method of considering high school graduation exam scores and considering high school academic scores in 2025.

In which, math is considered a main subject in the admission combination of majors: information technology, accounting, finance and banking and engineering majors.

Literature is the main subject in the admission combination for majors related to administration and society such as: tourism and travel services management, economic law.

English is the main subject in the admission combination of the majors: English language and Chinese language.

The list of subject combinations for admission to each major in 2025 is expected as follows:

Master Pham Thai Son, Director of the Admissions and Communications Center of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, said that the school's admission subject combinations have not changed much compared to before to create stability for candidates in registering for admission to the school's majors. A new point is that this year the school added admission combinations belonging to group C such as group C00 (literature, history, geography) and group C03 (literature, mathematics, history). Majors using group C admission combinations in the 2025 admission include: tourism and travel services management, hotel management, restaurant and food service management, and economic law.
