Flower boats and flower cars decorate the Han River and Da Nang night

On April 17, the People's Committee of Da Nang City awarded prizes to the flower boat and flower car teams participating in the parade to celebrate the country's major and important holidays.

The contest gathered 11 flower cars from departments, branches and sectors; the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations; businesses and districts.

The flower caravan was elaborately prepared and decorated, parading through 47 streets in all districts of the city. At the same time, 20 colorful flower boats paraded on the Han River from Tran Thi Ly Bridge to Thuan Phuoc Bridge.

The flower floats and flower boats parade have decorated Da Nang City, especially the Han River area, creating tourism products to serve the people and visitors, while also celebrating the city's important political events.

The decorative images on the flower cars and flower boats depict achievements and development processes, to remind people of the journey of overcoming difficulties and proud development of the city and the country during the integration period.

In the flower car category, the first prize went to Hai Chau District, the second prize went to Hoa Vang District and the Department of Culture and Sports (representing departments and sectors). The third prize went to Lien Chieu District, Cam Le District and the Da Nang City Youth Union (representing the front and socio-political organizations). The consolation prizes went to Ngu Hanh Son District, Son Tra District, Thanh Khe District, Hoang Sa District and the Management Board of the Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks (representing businesses).

In the flower boat category, the first prize went to the Poseidon ship of Aion Tourism Development Investment Joint Stock Company. The two second prizes went to the Aphrodite 0727 ship (Aphrodite Sailing Joint Stock Company also received the creativity award) and the Happy Land ship (Bao Duy Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company). The third prizes went to the Hoang Sa ship, the Han River 0755 ship, and the Bao Anh ship.

The consolation prizes were awarded to Sweet Time ship (Hoang Minh Hanh Tourist Transport Company Limited), Seven Stars ship (Cong Danh Tourist Ship Company Limited), Phu Quy ship (An Pha Son Trading Service Company Limited), My Xuan ship (Truong My Xuan Joint Stock Company) and Tay Bac ship (Tay Bac Cruise Tourism Joint Stock Company).
