A company of the Viettel family will spend 2,700 billion to pay salaries for tens of thousands of employees, each person will receive 22 million/month.

With a total of 10,234 employees, the company said the average salary is 22.2 million VND/month/person.

The Board of Directors of Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (CTR) has just announced a resolution approving the 2025 production and business plan.

Accordingly, this corporation plans to have total revenue of VND 13,968 billion, an increase of 10.3% compared to 2024. Profit after tax is set at VND 562.7 billion, an increase of 4.6%.

With the two targets of revenue and profit mentioned above, CTR also expects the return on equity (ROE) to only reach 24.7%, down 11.5% compared to last year.

CTR also approved the 2025 labor and salary plan with a total salary fund of VND 2,752 billion. With an average number of employees of 10,234 people, the company said that each employee receives an average salary of about VND 22.2 million/person/month.

According to the audited financial report for 2024, CTR's revenue reached VND 12,609 billion, an increase of nearly 11% compared to 2023. The company's after-tax profit was VND 538 billion, an increase of just over 2%.

CTR is a converted state-owned enterprise, formerly known as Viettel Construction Company Limited. At the end of 2024, the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group (Viettel) still holds 65.66% of CTR's capital.

According to the financial report, CTR has many short-term customer receivables listed as bad debts. Of which, FLC Faros Construction Joint Stock Company owes more than 20.6 billion VND, Delta - Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited owes more than 32.4 billion VND, Dalat Valley Real Estate Company Limited owes more than 16.8 billion VND...

On the stock market, Viettel Construction's CTR shares have a fairly high market price, over 101,000 VND/unit. But recently, this code has been under pressure to adjust, and its market price has lost 15% in the past month.
