On October 21, a source from VietNamNet reported that last night, Korean Air flight KE462 departing from Da Nang to Seoul (South Korea) had to cancel the flight because the plane had a dented front end.

As of this afternoon (October 21), the plane is still at Da Nang airport for repair and maintenance.

The source also said that nearly ten passengers changed flights, the rest returned to the hotel.

According to schedule, flight number KE462 departed from Da Nang at 10:50 p.m. on October 20 and arrived at Seoul airport (South Korea) on the morning of October 21.

However, at Da Nang airport, ground crew discovered the front of the plane dented and stained with blood, suspected of having collided with a bird.
