Windsurfing is a sport imported from abroad, bringing players many interesting experiences but not yet popular in Vietnam. If you want to experience this sport, you can only go to a few famous tourist beaches in Vietnam. Among them, windsurfing at Mui Ne beach is the most interesting and famous in Vietnam. Kite surfing at Mui Ne beach is introduced by Asia One travel magazine in the Top 5 "paradise" of adventure experiences in Asia.

A windsurfer is a rider who stands on a board and uses a sail to catch the wind, propelling them forward across the water. Windsurfers can ride waves like surfers, but they can also perform freestyle moves and tricks by using the sail to jump and spin in the air.

As summer approaches, the beaches are filled with colorful sails. The sunnier the weather, the deeper the sea, the bluer the water, the bigger the waves, the stronger the wind, the more tourists come to windsurf.

A healthy body is a prerequisite for you to be able to come to this sport, besides that you also need to have a pair of strong hands, a pair of skillful legs to be able to steer your sail in the direction of the wind, bend to draw white water lines on the waves and ride on the back of the rolling waves that seem to be just waiting to swallow you into the ocean.

Of course, with the nature of a sport, windsurfing brings many benefits in terms of physical training for you. While playing, you have to combine the body's movements rhythmically, especially the use of your hands and feet flexibly and decisively to steer the sail through the strong and light waves that are unpredictable, which will bring you good health and a strong body.

There is nothing more wonderful than when you can skillfully steer your sail through the layers of ferocious waves like sea monsters. Although you have to endure the painful blows of wind and water, sometimes your whole body will feel sore from having to bend over to endure the whips of water, turning 180 degrees to be able to ride the waves... but when you jump and step on the crests of the waves, all the challenges, and all of nature will have to look up to admire your courage and steel spirit. Below is the clear blue sea, above is the vast sky, and you are in the middle, so airy and free.
