Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council supervises the implementation of urban planning in Hoa An district

On the afternoon of April 14, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council's supervision delegation led by Comrade Nong Thanh Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, supervised the implementation of legal provisions in the establishment, approval and implementation of urban planning in the province for the period 2021 - 2025 in Hoa An district.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council worked with Hoa An district on implementing urban planning in the area.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the district has established, appraised and approved the general planning of the Project to adjust and expand the General Planning of Nuoc Hai town, Hoa An district, Cao Bang province to 2035, with a total approved investment of over 4,557 billion VND and 3 detailed urban plans, with a total approved investment of over 1,037 billion VND, including: Detailed planning of the resettlement area of ​​the bypass of Nuoc Hai town; Detailed planning of the Cau Khanh ceramic residential area in Hamlet 9 Be Trieu, Nuoc Hai town and Detailed planning of a number of land lots in Nuoc Hai town. During the period, 5 urban planning projects were approved and announced and made public in accordance with regulations.

Hoa An district proposed that the province have a priority mechanism to retain funds collected by the district from land auctions and land use conversion for urban beautification; supplement funding sources to invest in urban development projects and key infrastructure projects; support calling for investors to build urban areas; organize training and capacity building for planning staff, etc.

Concluding the supervision session, Comrade Nong Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, requested the district to review the planning documents for the new unit in the next phase; the projects under the Development Plan of Nuoc Hai town strive to complete before June 30; for unfinished projects, in the immediate future, it is necessary to synthesize and complete the documents to organize the handover. With the proposals, the delegation will synthesize and submit to the competent authority for resolution.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council's supervision delegation conducted a field survey of the Nuoc Hai town bypass project; the domestic water supply project in Na Teng and Na Me hamlets, Nuoc Hai town.
