Successfully auctioned 18 residential plots on April 16

Accordingly, the successfully auctioned residential land lots include: the land lot at the corner of the intersection of 29/3 - Van Tien Dung Street (Cam Le District) and 17 land lots in row B2-3A with 2 frontages on Vo Chi Cong and Luu Dinh Chat Streets (adjacent to the back) in Dong Tra Low-Income Residential Area Phase 3 (Ngu Hanh Son District) with a total auction winning amount of more than 98.05 billion VND.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center has successfully coordinated the auction of 35 residential land lots with a total auction winning amount of nearly 200 billion VND.

According to the plan, in the coming time, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center will continue to auction many land lots in the city and 12 large land lots to call for investment in socio-economic development projects, including 3 land lots to call for investment in key and dynamic projects of the city, including: Public areas, urban services at the Hoa Xuan Sports, Entertainment and Commercial Complex project; Hoa Xuan Creative Space; Complex of works serving the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.

In addition, the organization will auction land for lease for 36 months for 2 land plots serving the organization of Son Tra night market; auction 30 land plots for lease for parking lots or commercial and service purposes for 36 months in Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son and Hoa Vang districts.
