This is the first ecological industrial park of the province and one of the largest projects in the Mekong Delta region (MD) with a total investment of up to 4,600 billion VND (equivalent to 195 million USD).

Prodezi EIP has a scale of 400 hectares, adjacent to the 100-hectare LA Home ecological urban area, aiming to become a "green destination" for domestic and foreign enterprises, especially enterprises pursuing sustainable production models, saving resources and reducing CO2 emissions.
The project focuses on high-tech, environmentally friendly industries such as electronics, automobile manufacturing and assembly, supporting industries, logistics, data centers, semiconductor industry, artificial intelligence, etc.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Huynh Van Son said: As a province with the leading industrial development speed in the Southern region, Long An always focuses on attracting investment in a modern, effective and sustainable direction. Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park not only meets high standards of technical infrastructure, but also pioneers in the eco-industrial park model according to Decree No. 35 of the Government, in line with the trend of green and sustainable development in the world.
We believe that, with its strategic location, modern infrastructure system and development orientation according to international standards, Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park will be an ideal destination for domestic and foreign investors.
At the same time, this project will create thousands of jobs for workers, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the locality. This is not only an important milestone for Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company and Huong Viet Holding but also an important step in the sustainable development strategy of Long An province.

Prodezi EIP is built on four pillars of sustainability: Using renewable energy, reusing and recycling water, developing green certified buildings and nurturing healthy biodiversity.
The industrial park is implementing the integration of an advanced and modern energy management system to flexibly use renewable energy sources and grid electricity, improve energy efficiency, etc., creating a high-quality working and living environment for workers and experts.

Strategic cooperation with prestigious corporations
Within the framework of the ceremony, Prodezi and the developer Huong Viet Holding signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation with Toho Gas (Japan), one of the three largest gas companies in Japan and a major investor of Phuc Sang Minh Technical Service Trading Joint Stock Company, a natural gas solution provider, to provide utilities and services to consumers at LA Home Residential Area and Prodezi EIP.
Previously, the project also cooperated with Chitose Group (Japan) and TA Vital on wastewater treatment solutions for Prodezi EIP.

Commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility
Prodezi EIP is not only a modern eco-industrial park but also a socially responsible project. The project is committed to implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs such as supporting education, protecting the environment and developing local communities.
In particular, the project has started construction of 400 social housing apartments at LA Home Eco-Urban Area to ensure housing for workers.
