New path for young people in the creative industry

Sconnect International Animation Training Academy (Sconnect Academy) recently signed a cooperation agreement with CMC University (CMCU) - the first digital university in Vietnam to create a high-quality training and working ecosystem, creating conditions for the development of potential creative technology human resources in Vietnam.

The cooperation between Sconnect Academy and CMCU aims to share each other's strengths in expanding and promoting the training of young human resources. From there, it creates many learning and employment opportunities for students after graduation. The practical training programs at Sconnect Academy are a solid foundation to provide good professional skills for young people who want to join the creative industry.

Building professional knowledge to be able to create many real values ​​after graduation".

Ms. Vu Thuong - Director of Sconnect Academy affirmed: "The Academy is ready to offer a comprehensive study program for students who are passionate about creative subjects. We provide a foundation of knowledge and professional skills that the market needs with high quality standards. In addition, this cooperation marks the educational projects, student and trainee exchanges of the two units aiming at international projects in the future."

After the ceremony, the leaders of the two units expressed their confidence that the cooperative relationship will open up many opportunities for bilateral development. This is a solid launching pad for both sides to promote projects such as: transferring educational technology; building early study - internship programs for students...

Currently, the Government gives priority to developing cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions nationwide, creating a premise to improve the quality of Vietnamese human resources. Continue to implement international cooperation programs, short-term and long-term training, and encourage educational institutions to focus on professional development nationwide.

Promote comprehensive cooperation in domestic and international education

Vietnam is becoming one of the countries actively integrating into the global economy. In particular, the education sector is identified as an important key to developing high-quality human resources.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam has more than 500 joint programs with more than 30 countries, about 190,000 Vietnamese students are living and studying abroad and more than 21,000 foreign students are studying at educational institutions in Vietnam.

Speaking at the Vietnam - New Zealand Education Forum in early 2022, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue emphasized: "Education and training is one of the most important and effective areas of cooperation."

Accordingly, focusing on and promoting the coordination of academic exchange and training technology transfer is one of the key points of the education sector. It is not only international cooperation between Vietnam and other countries, but also regional cooperation, between enterprises and educational institutions and between educational institutions.

In the fourth quarter of 2023 and the beginning of the first quarter of 2024, with the theme "Solidarity, discipline, creativity, continuing to innovate in depth, improving the quality of education and training", the entire education sector focuses on 12 key tasks for effective implementation, including the task of international integration in education.

Specifically, the Ministry strengthens international integration, proactively expands bilateral and multilateral cooperation between educational institutions and enterprises; attracts and effectively uses foreign resources for education and training. The Ministry also prioritizes encouraging and facilitating domestic educational institutions to cooperate with international educational institutions in training and scientific research; promotes attracting prestigious students and scientists from abroad to study, teach and conduct scientific research in Vietnam.
