On the morning of March 3, 2025, the Joint Venture of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation (Handico) and Viglacera Corporation - JSC officially started construction of 1,104 social housing apartments CT3 - part of the Thang Long Green City social housing project at land lot CT3, Kim Chung Urban Area (Dong Anh - Hanoi).
The project is located in Dong Anh - one of the dynamic economic development areas of Hanoi, benefiting from a modern transportation system, quickly connecting to the city center and neighboring areas. This helps residents easily access public utilities, medical services, education and commercial centers, creating an ideal living environment for every family.
From the project, residents only need 25 minutes to travel to the city center, 10 minutes to Noi Bai International Airport. Road traffic belt, bridges across the Red River, future metro lines almost intersect in this residential project area.
The social housing project at plot CT3 has received a lot of attention due to the increasing demand for social housing in the capital after a long period of absence of new social housing projects.
In addition, the project implemented by a consortium of two reputable investors will be able to extract the most effective experiences and methods, bringing the best quality and reasonable selling price. The most special thing is that the project has a announced selling price of 18.4 million VND/m2 (including 5% VAT and 2% maintenance fee), providing the opportunity to own a house for a large number of beneficiaries of social housing policies, ensuring humanity and social security mission.
It is estimated that the smallest apartment of the project is 49.56 m2 and will be sold for 991,904 million VND. According to the current preferential loan policy of the State for social housing, the buyer of the smallest apartment at the CT3 project in Thang Long Green City only needs to pay nearly 300 million VND for the first installment.
