Attend the ceremony   There are Central delegates and leaders who are from Hoai Nhon working outside the province:   Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Lieutenant General Nguyen Nhu Hoat - Hero of the People's Armed Forces, former Division Commander of the 3rd Golden Star Division; Major General Tran Quang Tuan - Commander of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command; Major General Cao Phi Hung - Deputy Commander of Military Region 5; Le Kim Toan - Permanent Deputy Secretary   Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; former provincial leaders, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, and a large number of Hoai Nhon residents.

The speech of the leader of Hoai Nhon Town Party Committee at the ceremony reviewed the heroic and resilient fighting tradition of the army and people of Hoai Nhon, honored the contributions and sacrifices of soldiers and people in the resistance war against the US to liberate the homeland; affirmed the leadership role of the Party as the decisive factor for the victory of the revolution in the campaign to liberate the town.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Kim Toan affirmed that after 50 years since Hoai Nhon was completely liberated, promoting the glorious revolutionary tradition, the Party Committee, government and people of Hoai Nhon have been and are uniting, unifying, joining hands and hearts to build their homeland to become more and more prosperous, becoming a bright spot in the construction and development of the province, so that tradition continues tradition, hero follows hero. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee warmly commended, respectfully acknowledged and highly appreciated the great achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Hoai Nhon have achieved in the glorious journey over the past half century.

Comrade Le Kim Toan emphasized: Our country and homeland are on the threshold of a new era - an era of rising up and developing prosperity for the Vietnamese people. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committee, government and people of Hoai Nhon to continue to promote the tradition and achievements that have been achieved, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, continue to build Hoai Nhon homeland to develop more and more, meet the expectations, and be worthy of the sacrifices of previous generations. In particular, it is necessary to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, overcome difficulties, promote socio-economic development, and improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people.

At the ceremony, the Town Party Committee and People's Committee presented gifts to 20 outstanding historical witnesses and families with outstanding contributions.

The special art program with the theme "50 years - Heroic land and people of Hoai Nhon" created more excitement for the large number of delegates and people attending and enjoying the ceremony.

At the end of the program, low-altitude fireworks lit up the sky, marking the milestone of Hoai Nhon's strong development, along with the whole province and the whole country towards the era of national growth.
