The 55th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's death took place solemnly and respectfully in accordance with the nation's traditional customs. 55 years ago, at 9:47 a.m. on September 2, 1969 (July 21, Ky Dau year), President Ho Chi Minh passed away, leaving behind endless sorrow for the entire Party, the entire people and friends around the world.

Born and raised in a patriotic Confucian family, witnessing the loss of the country and the destruction of the family, Nguyen Sinh Cung soon absorbed the nation's cultural traditions and a passionate love for the country. In 1911, the young man Nguyen Tat Thanh determined to leave to find a way to save the country at the age of 21, with a burning desire to gain independence and freedom for the country and its people.

In the spring of 1930, he chaired the conference to establish the Communist Party of Vietnam and gradually led the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.
