The house was handed over to Mr. Nguyen Van Liep, born in 1982, residing in Ward 4, Vinh Binh Town, a near-poor household with housing difficulties. The house has an area of over 60 square meters, with concrete walls and columns, a corrugated iron roof, and a cement floor, with a total cost of 110 million VND. Of which, 60 million VND was used from the piggy bank savings model of the Inter-commune Parish Management Board - Vinh Binh Town, and the rest was contributed by the family.

On this occasion, the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Binh Town also presented a letter of thanks to the sponsor, recognizing and praising their joint efforts in participating in social security work. In addition, the sponsor and local authorities also presented Mr. Liep's family with many gifts of household items, congratulating the family on having a new, spacious house; at the same time, encouraging the family to continue to strive to improve in life.
It is known that in 2025, implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses of the Government, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Binh town deployed from the beginning of the year, up to now, in the town, there are 2 houses completed and put into use, reaching 100% of the set plan.
