At the meeting, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Huynh Thi Thuy Dung reported on the results of drafting the Political Report to be submitted to the 23rd Provincial Party Congress (3rd time). Accordingly, it has been supplemented and adjusted in accordance with the spirit of the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, in line with the general context of the country and the province in the new situation. The content of the draft Political Report closely followed the requirements of the Document Subcommittee and the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, edited in a concise manner, ensuring both comprehensiveness and high generality.

Opinions at the meeting contributed and supplemented some contents on the characteristics of the situation and results achieved in the 2020-2025 term; population arrangement, stabilizing the lives of mountainous people, preserving the cultural identity of the highlands; room for tourism development, high-tech agriculture; infrastructure development; potential for marine economic development; stabilizing the lives of cadres after the merger.
