Recently, many agencies and units in the province have organized training programs and seminars with the participation of people with experience in the field of online sales, KOLs (people with great influence in the community) and experts from major e-commerce platforms.
These programs have supported producers of agricultural products, specialties, and OCOP products with the knowledge to access effective sales methods on online channels.

Mr. Vo Van Hau - Director of Tiktakecom E-commerce Co., Ltd. - shared: "As a strategic partner of TikTok Shop and an authorized agent of Shopee, Tiktakecom provides multi-platform sales solutions, from creating video content, livestreaming sales to professional store management. Through contact with manufacturers, I realized that many people are still not really interested in e-commerce.
We are currently supporting 10 official stores selling on TikTok Shop with specific tasks such as supporting the operations team, controlling orders, providing business strategy roadmaps, supporting KOLs and KOCs (consumers with influence in the market) to conduct livestream sales.
At the same time, the Company also supports and provides information to many businesses, cooperatives, and production and business households in the area about business issues on the floor.
According to Mr. Vo Van Hau, when cooperating with Tiktakecom, producers will be supported with sample content sets for each industry. For example, the video focuses on a story with a clear script, the content creator cleverly integrates the message and product into the video.
Typically, this type of content is particularly suitable for branding or promoting brands and products in a creative way. Creators can choose simple, easy-to-understand knowledge that many people are interested in, and videos that incorporate real stories. Vlog-style content records events or experiences of content creators, bringing products into daily life through the lens of a working day to highlight the product's uses by going through different environments.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thu - Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) said: "In recent fair and exhibition programs, the Center always reserves a booth to support local manufacturers to bring their products to the e-commerce platform ocopgialai.vn, as well as has a program to connect with other e-commerce platforms to support businesses, cooperatives, and production and business households to create booths, guide the process, and business skills on the platform. Thereby, it has partly helped manufacturers update their business knowledge from creating promotional images, videos, and livestream sales".

The province currently has 139 communes with traders conducting online sales or service provision activities. About 20% of the population participates in online shopping on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Sendo, mobile applications and social networks such as Facebook, Zalo... The proportion of e-commerce revenue in total retail sales of goods accounts for about 8%.
Also related to digital platform development, Ms. Pham Thi Tu Van - Director of An Loc Agriculture, Forestry and Service Cooperative (Dak Jo Ta commune, Mang Yang district) said: The main thing is how to integrate messages and skillfully connect with customers.
Nowadays, the boom of livestream sales is bringing many opportunities for business producers. Therefore, from sharing the experiences of experts to have a successful livestream session, the Cooperative also practices exploiting product stories, telling with a sincere and rustic voice about the origin of the product from the factor of birth with a love and pride for the product.
“Currently, the Cooperative is focusing on making some OCOP products such as essential oils, nutritious seeds, Gia Lai dried pho sets, etc. By regularly filming videos about how the Cooperative takes care of and processes its products, viewers can see the real thing, evoke many emotions, and easily convince them to make a purchase decision,” Ms. Van shared.
With the support of training programs and the continuous efforts of manufacturers, many products of the province have reached consumers in the online environment. This not only helps to increase the value of products but also contributes to the development of the local economy, creating jobs and improving the lives of people.
At Mega Live sessions held in the province, agricultural products and local specialties are widely promoted. For example, in September 2024, at the livestream session selling agricultural products of Gia Lai province on the TikTok Shop platform, led by content creator Ninh Que Anh, within 4 hours, it stimulated demand for nearly 100 specialty products such as Phuong Di honey, Co Hai Tay Nguyen dipping salt, Gia Lai macadamia, Nam Phuc black bean tea... reaching 149 thousand views and creating nearly 800 orders.
