The resettlement area of Lang Nu village started construction on September 21. Phase 1 covers an area of 10 hectares, with 40 houses and auxiliary works. Each family is given 1,000 square meters of a new, spacious house.

On the morning of September 10, a terrible flash flood buried 33 households in Lang Nu village near the foot of Voi mountain, killing 60 people and leaving 7 people missing.
Field survey results show that the landslide originated from an altitude of 744 m near the top of Voi mountain, creating a mudflow that encountered a 100 m narrow bend, creating a temporary "dam", which burst and collapsed into the residential area.
About 1.6 million cubic meters of mud and rock fell on the village in just 5 minutes. The mud and rock flood was about 3.6 km long with an affected area of 38 hectares, the accumulation depth of the mud flow was 8-15 m, the deepest was about 18 m.
