In order to develop livestock production according to the value chain, improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and suitability with the potential and advantages of the locality, recently, Nui Phao Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company Limited (Nui Phao Company) has coordinated with the Farmers' Association of Hung Son Town (Dai Tu) to support a group of beekeeping households in Hung Son Town to establish a Honey Beekeeping Cooperative.

Launching the Hung Son town honey beekeeping cooperative.

On the afternoon of April 15, the Hung Son Town Honey Bee Cooperative (THT) was officially launched. The THT consists of 10 members from the residential groups of An Long, Van Long, and Ban Co, with a total of 450 bee colonies, striving to increase to 530 colonies by 2026.

The group operates on the principles of voluntariness, self-management, democracy... The location of operation is in An Long residential group; meetings are held every 3 months. When participating in the group, group members are trained to improve their knowledge and skills in beekeeping to ensure safety and quality; exchange and learn experiences inside and outside the district so that the honey beekeeping profession can develop more and more, bringing a stable source of income...

Recently, Nui Phao Company has supported beekeeping households with procedures, funding... to establish cooperatives.

To establish the Group, in the past, Nui Phao Company has helped to develop plans, guide procedures according to regulations, support funding and organize tours for members of the Group to exchange and learn from effective beekeeping models...
