Construction of Ngoc Hoi bridge worth nearly 12,000 billion VND connecting Hung Yen with Hanoi

At the recent 26th session, the People's Council of Hung Yen province passed a resolution agreeing in principle to assign the Hanoi People's Committee as the competent authority to implement the Ngoc Hoi Bridge construction investment project and the access roads at both ends of the bridge located in two provincial administrative areas (Hanoi city and Hung Yen province).

Ngoc Hoi Bridge is located on the 3.5 beltway. This is a regional connectivity project. Investment in Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge is necessary to complete the 3.5 beltway planning, directly connecting Hanoi city with Hung Yen province.

The starting point of the project is in Thanh Tri district (Hanoi), connecting with the Ring Road 3.5 project from Phuc La, Van Phu to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, about 360m from Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway towards Huu Hong dike.

End point in Van Giang district (Hung Yen): Connects to Ring Road 3.5 in Van Giang district, 700m from Ta Hong dike towards Hanoi-Hai Phong highway.

The completion of the 3.5 beltway with the Ngoc Hoi bridge project will help increase the connection between Hung Yen and Hanoi city, creating favorable conditions and connecting new urban areas such as: Ecopark Urban Area, Dai An Urban Area, Dream City Urban Area...

Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge have a total research length of about 7.5km. Of which, the Hanoi side is about 5.4km long, Hung Yen about 2.1km. Parallel roads will be built on both sides. Total investment is nearly 12,000 billion VND. Implementation time: 2025-2030
