On the morning of October 1, at Chuong Duong Primary School, the Head of the Department of Education and Training of District 1 officially informed the press about the case of teacher Truong Phuong Hanh "asking for support for a laptop".

At the information and exchange session, Mr. Vo Cao Long informed about the contents that the district leaders agreed to direct regarding the incident that occurred at Chuong Duong Primary School.

"First is to resolutely handle cases of law violations (if any), not cover up violations. Be open, transparent, and clarify public information," said Mr. Vo Cao Long.

Second, Mr. Long said, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Primary School unanimously assigned Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Thoa, Vice Principal, to replace Ms. Truong Phuong Hanh in charge of teaching students in class 4/3 on the morning of October 1, 2024 (Ms. Thoa has been an excellent teacher for many years, receiving many certificates of merit at all levels).

Third, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Primary School quickly established a working group including representatives of the Department of Education, Party Committee, School Board, School Union, and People's Inspectorate to meet and encourage Ms. Hanh on the evening of September 30, 2024.

Fourth, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Primary School requested Ms. Hanh to report and clarify the content related to her that is being uploaded on social networks before 9:00 a.m. on October 3.
