Implementing Directive No. 34 - CT/TW, dated May 30, 1998 of the Politburo (VIII tenure) on "Strengthening political and ideological work, consolidating Party organizations, mass organizations and Party member development work in schools", in order to promote Party member development work for outstanding members in high schools, contributing to building a team of young Party members with good qualifications, qualities, and moral purity, creating a source of successor cadres to supplement the intellectual team while improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party. On February 3, 2022, the Party Executive Committee of Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province issued Resolution No. 05 - NQ / HU " On improving the quality and effectiveness of education and training in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 in Hung Ha district ", focusing on fostering political and ideological theory and developing party members in high schools.
Bac Duyen Ha High School
Resolution 05 has truly inherited the Party building guidelines of the Hung Ha District Party Committee from previous terms and has had new features and specific results, drawing some valuable experiences. Regarding the Party building work of Hung Ha District, in the period of 2018 - 2022, the whole district has opened 16 classes to foster awareness of the Party for 1,439 outstanding people, including 731 excellent students in high schools, accounting for nearly 51%.
In 2022, the Standing Committee of Hung Ha District Party Committee directed the opening of training classes to foster awareness of the Party and social activity skills, along with commendation and rewards for 237 grade 12 students with a total score of 26 points or higher in the high school graduation exam for three subjects according to the exam group, thereby improving their political theory level and skills in participating in social activities, thereby discovering and fostering a rich and high-quality source for grassroots Party organizations.
Next, the Standing Committee of Hung Ha District Party Committee sent a document to Party organizations of universities nationwide, requesting to continue to monitor, train, and develop the Party for 306 excellent union members who were admitted to study at universities continuously and smoothly.
Hung Ha District Party Committee also approved the admission of two outstanding members to the Party, including the Hung Nhan High School Party Cell admitting outstanding member Nguyen Khanh Linh, former class monitor of class 12A2, for three consecutive years Nguyen Khanh Linh was a member of the Executive Committee of Hung Nhan High School Youth Union.
The second case is the Party cell of Bac Duyen Ha High School admitting to the Party outstanding member Dinh Thanh Dat, who was the Party cell secretary for three consecutive years, had excellent academic results in three school years, and was also the leader of movements in studying and training.
From the initial results of the work of fostering awareness of the Party for high school students in Hung Ha district in the spirit of Resolution 05 of the District Party Committee Executive Committee, some initial experiences can be drawn.
Firstly , it is necessary to regularly and deeply grasp, raise awareness and responsibility of grassroots Party cells and mass organizations in schools on political and ideological education work, coupled with specific actions and concrete work, through annual plans to foster awareness of the Party to ensure regularity, synchronization and effectiveness.
Second , direct and coordinate with Party committees and Party cells where they operate (Universities, colleges and localities) so that students (outstanding union members) can be trained in Party awareness and create favorable conditions for training and growth.
Third , strengthen the leadership, direction and inspection of the superior Party Committees in conjunction with emulation and reward work. Assign Party committees with a good understanding of the situation and a lot of experience in Party building work to monitor and guide Party cells and Party committees of high schools to properly perform their functions and tasks according to regulations.
Fourth , Synchronously implementing effective and practical solutions, Party cells, Party committees, and schools pay attention to directing, coordinating, and connecting organizations and forces inside and outside the school to continue promoting their roles and responsibilities, and promoting the work of developing party members among high school students according to the specialized resolutions that Party cells and Party committees have set forth since the beginning of the school year, ensuring quantity and quality in accordance with the provisions of the Party's charter and the regulations of the Central Organizing Committee on the work of developing party members in current high schools.
