On the afternoon of August 7, the inspection delegation of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy Regulations (QCDCCS) of the Central Military Commission led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of QCDCCS of the Central Military Commission, inspected and grasped the results of building and implementing QCDCCS at the Party Committee of Military Region 3.
The inspection delegation included Major General Ngo Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Mass Mobilization, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Standing Member of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Central Military Commission's QCDCCS, Deputy Head of the inspection delegation; Colonel Vu Hai Dang, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of National Defense.
According to the inspection team's assessment, the Military Region Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have closely led and directed the implementation of the QCDCCS and achieved good quality. Democracy in the leadership activities of Party committees and Party organizations has been expanded. The Steering Committee and Party committee members in charge of the QCDCCS and political agencies have promoted their roles and responsibilities, advising and helping Party committees build and implement the QCDCCS.

Party committees and party organizations at all levels strictly implement the rules and regulations; strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism in Party activities. Policies and measures to lead units in carrying out political tasks; important issues such as personnel work, military forces, finance, policies and regimes, etc. are all discussed and decided democratically by the Party committees, standing committees, and party organizations in accordance with regulations and authority.
Inspection and supervision work is given importance, the quality of inspection and supervision work is improved; inspections are proactively carried out when there are signs of violations; in the process of inspection and supervision, democracy is well implemented in each stage and step, promoting the spirit of self-criticism and criticism. The consideration and implementation of discipline is carried out strictly, strictly, in accordance with principles and procedures... contributing significantly to maintaining the Party's organizational principles, strengthening solidarity, unity, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations in the Military Region Party Committee.
Democratic dialogue activities at all levels are maintained in a systematic manner according to decentralization: In 2022 and early 2023, dialogues were organized at all levels 886 times/17,689 people (the Head of the Military Region Command alone had 18 dialogues/7,853 people). Standards, regimes, and policies for soldiers are made public and fully implemented. The entire Military Region supported the construction of 69 "Comrades' Houses", 165 "Houses of Gratitude" and for comrades with serious illnesses, families with special difficulties... with a total amount of more than 2 billion VND.

Party committees and commanders at all levels always pay attention to, lead, direct and create all conditions for mass organizations and military councils to operate in accordance with their functions and tasks, and promote their roles in building and implementing the QCDCCS in each agency and unit. Regularly promote the roles of military councils, Youth Unions, and Women's Unions in disseminating, deploying, and organizing the implementation of resolutions at all levels, contributing ideas to Party building, building cadres and party members; and improving the management, operation, and task organization capacity of commanders at all levels.
Through the synthesis of survey forms for cadres and soldiers, most opinions reflect good assurance of material and spiritual standards and regimes; cadres and soldiers are assured in their work, have good determination of tasks, are attached to their agencies and units, trust in the leadership of the Party Committee and unit commanders; there are no signs of disunity. The activities of the Party Committee in the past have made an important contribution to the completion of political tasks of the units, building a strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics; VMTD agencies and units are "exemplary and typical".
Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of the Military Region 3's Armed Forces in the recent past. Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau requested: The Standing Committee and the Steering Committee for the implementation of the QCDCCS of Military Region 3 need to focus on leadership and direction, continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions, directives and instructions from superiors on the development and implementation of the QCDCCS; improve the quality of political education, propaganda, dissemination and education of the law, prevent violations of discipline, and build a close relationship between cadres and soldiers. Direct agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and well implement democratic dialogue, carry out the work of managing soldiers' ideology... promptly resolve difficulties, thoughts and legitimate aspirations of cadres, party members and the masses in the unit.
