Major General Pham Van Ty, Deputy Director of the Department of Rescue and Relief, Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army, said that after arriving in the capital Naypyidaw, the delegation quickly organized field reconnaissance forces, determined their determination and organized the search for victims.
The Vietnamese rescue force has sent 10 military and police officers to conduct field reconnaissance. After understanding the specific situation of the area and the number of suspected victims still trapped, the rescue team will continue to send a team of engineers to rescue the collapsed structure, using a wall-penetrating radar detection system and visual and acoustic search equipment to determine the exact location of the victims.
