According to the phase 3 training plan, the Ministry of National Defense's parade and marching groups will move to the South in 5 groups. Of these, 4 groups will march by train on April 3-4.

Group 1 (units training at National Military Training Center 4, My Duc District, Hanoi) will depart from Hanoi station; Group 2 (Military Region 5, Army Corps 34) will depart from Tam Ky station (Quang Nam), move to Bien Hoa station (Dong Nai), then continue moving by road to the military bases according to the training plan.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested agencies and units to proactively develop specific, strict and scientific plans according to assigned tasks; carefully calculate the marching of troops, check the technical condition of vehicles; strictly manage troop numbers, ensure food and hygiene and food safety.

In particular, it is necessary to coordinate the reception organization at stations as well as road transfer locations in a thoughtful, solemn, safe and timely manner.

Previously, during the parade and marching practice test on the morning of March 25 at the National Military Training Center 4 (Hanoi), General Phan Van Giang directed the soldiers to enter by train but leave by plane.

"Many of you have never been on a plane and do not know what the South is like, so we have to arrange for everyone to come in by train and leave by plane. When the parade and marching mission is completed, we will organize them to visit some places in Ho Chi Minh City, but we must ensure safety and organization," said General Phan Van Giang.
