Share difficulties, help people overcome difficulties

Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teachings to the people of the Central Highlands: "We live and die together, we share happiness and suffering together, we help each other with hunger and fullness... Rivers may dry up, mountains may wear away, but our solidarity will never diminish", in recent years, Major Nguyen Thi Trinh has advised the Executive Committee of the Women's Union and the Provincial Military Command to organize many activities and movements to donate goods to the poor, such as: Taking advantage of holidays and breaks, women's union members go to mobilize, collect thousands of old clothes and blankets to wash and organize donations for families in difficult circumstances; organize women's union members to help single-parent families, policy families grow rice, take care of coffee, build houses; advise on opening vocational training classes, mobilizing people to work as workers, receive rubber contracts, borrow capital for production; Advise superiors to regularly maintain coordination with the Plei Sar Village Association (Ia Chim Commune) to organize activities well: Coordinate with the local driving training center to train more than 60 women and young people to learn to drive motorbikes for free.

In 2024 alone, Ms. Trinh mobilized groups and philanthropists to receive 33 gifts, 10 bicycles, 2 breeding cows and 565 sets of old clothes to give to poor ethnic minorities... with a total cost of about 90 million VND... Ms. Trinh said: "Participating in the mass mobilization delegations of the Kon Tum Provincial Military Command, witnessing with my own eyes the difficult and deprived lives of the people, I feel very sorry for the people and think that the soldiers are also the children of the people, we go to propagate and mobilize the people, so we must also do something to help them reduce their difficulties".

In particular, Ms. Trinh and members of the mass mobilization team of the Provincial Military Command regularly mobilize and explain to people to understand, be on guard, not listen to or believe the instigation of bad people, contributing to maintaining political security, order and social safety.

Along with doing well in mass mobilization work, Major Nguyen Thi Trinh always strives to complete her professional tasks well. She is the author of many initiatives and effective technical improvements, contributing to improving professional quality and helping people increase labor productivity, maintain environmental sanitation such as: Multi-purpose paper shredder, biological pesticides, automatic garbage trucks, grain separators... With achievements in performing tasks and all aspects of work, from 2016 to present, Major Nguyen Thi Trinh has always achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level.
