Identifying the work of building model units as a key task in 2024, the Command of Tra Co Border Guard Station has thoroughly grasped, deployed, and seriously and effectively implemented the instructions of superiors in building model units in terms of training, regular construction, and discipline management. The Party Committee and Command of Tra Co Border Guard Station have developed a specific plan, clearly defining the content, targets, and measures to comprehensively and effectively implement the contents of building model units.

Leaders, commanders, and officers at all levels in the unit always closely follow the directives of superiors; promote the role and responsibility of the staff and organizations in the unit in performing their tasks. Up to now, Tra Co Border Guard Station has well and comprehensively completed the contents and targets for building a model of regular construction and discipline management. The unit's barracks have changed a lot, becoming spacious and clean; the unit has regular construction, good management, and good discipline, creating high unity in the unit.

He noted that in the face of increasingly high task requirements, the unit needs to continue to thoroughly grasp and implement many synchronous measures, focusing on thoroughly grasping the Party's resolutions; paying attention to doing a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and soldiers.
