Fisheries Control Team No. 4 recently held a discussion on the book "Dien Bien Phu Victory, a golden milestone in history" in response to Book and Reading Culture Day.
The seminar took place in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province. Attending the seminar were leaders, commanders of the Squadron, agencies, units and more than 200 officers and employees. The seminar revolved around the content of the three parts of the book. This was a broad political activity for officers and employees of the entire Squadron to have a deeper understanding of Vietnam's historical traditions, thereby arousing love for the homeland, country and national pride.
The content of the book affirms the stature, historical value, and reasons for the victory of Dien Bien Phu. The participating delegates focused on analyzing and clarifying the reasons for the Dien Bien Phu victory: the correct resistance line of our Party and President Ho Chi Minh; a clear manifestation of the combined strength of the national liberation war; upholding the spirit of self-reliance, independence and autonomy combined with efforts to gain international support and assistance; and highlighting the important significance of the Dien Bien Phu victory to the national liberation movement worldwide.
This is an activity in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day and towards the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024). On this occasion, the youth of Fisheries Control Team No. 4 also organized many activities such as artistic book stacking competition, book review competition and book day propaganda. The activities were organized solemnly, practically, effectively, and had high impact.
