On the afternoon of November 30, information from the provincial police confirmed that the information recently appearing on social networks that a group of "bodyguards" from Security Bodyguard Company Ltd. blocked the road of the Commander of Military Region 4 to clear the way for a wedding car in Thanh Hoa is incorrect.
According to the provincial police leaders, through the work of grasping the situation, the police force discovered on social networks a clip recording a scene on Le Loi Avenue, Thanh Hoa City, a wedding convoy, with a group of people (in bodyguard-style costumes) in the middle of the road regulating traffic for the wedding convoy to pass. Realizing that the incident was complicated in terms of security and order, had created negative reactions in public opinion and had signs of violating the law, the authorities have stepped in to verify and handle it according to the provisions of the law.
Under the direction of the Director and Deputy Director, the Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police directed the Criminal Police Department to investigate, verify and strictly handle violators.
After a short period of investigation and verification, on the afternoon of November 28, the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with the Mobile Police Department and Thanh Hoa City Police to search the headquarters of Security Bodyguard Company Limited, located at Nguyen Duy Hieu Street, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City; at the same time, summoned the subjects related to the case to the police headquarters for investigation and clarification.
With the collected documents and evidence, on the afternoon of November 29, 2024, the Investigation Police Agency of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (Criminal Police Department) issued a Decision to temporarily detain the subjects who are employees of Security Security Company, including: Le Kien Quyet, born in 1985 in Hau Loc town, Hau Loc district; Hoang Kim Chung, born in 1996 in Thanh Yen street, Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city; Nguyen Dinh Duong, born in 1991 in Quang Minh commune, Sam Son city and La Van Thuy, born in 1985 in Tho Lap commune, Tho Xuan district to investigate and clarify the act of "Disturbing public order". Currently, the case is continuing to be investigated and expanded to be strictly handled according to the provisions of law.
