The economic and technical sector organized a contest to learn about Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation: Department of Construction won first prize in the contest.

Attending the event were leaders of agencies and units under the Economic - Technical Emulation Block, the Provincial Emulation - Reward Board and 8 teams from the following departments: Construction, Industry and Trade, Transport, Agriculture and Rural Development, Science and Technology, Natural Resources and Environment, Information and Communications and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

After 4 rounds of competition (self-introduction of the unit, the contest team; answering multiple choice questions; handling situations; introducing advanced models of the unit), the Department of Construction won the first prize, the Department of Industry and Trade won the second prize, the Department of Transport won the third prize, and the remaining teams shared the Encouragement prize.

Through the contest, it aims to propagate Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards among civil servants, public employees and workers, especially those directly responsible for emulation and rewards, to exchange, learn experiences and improve their professional qualifications.
