Training to improve professional skills for front work

BHG - On the morning of March 28, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) organized a training conference on professional front work for 130 trainees who are members of the XV Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and full-time officers of the provincial and district-level front work, term 2024 - 2029.

Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vang Seo Con delivered the opening speech at the conference.

130 trainees are members of the 15th Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and full-time cadres working on the front at the provincial and district levels participating in training on front work skills.

Opening the conference, Comrade Vang Seo Con, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee emphasized: The training conference is organized to continue to consolidate knowledge about front work for comrades who are members of the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels as well as cadres working on the front to clearly understand the innovation of content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. At the same time, improve the leadership and management skills of provincial-level front cadres. With that goal, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee hopes that the trainees participating in the training will always focus on absorbing the topics, actively discuss, exchange, and learn from experiences about good models, creative models, to apply theory to practice in localities and units. From there, do a good job of the front work, gather the great solidarity of ethnic groups and propagate and mobilize people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and effectively participate in patriotic emulation movements at the grassroots level.

The training conference will take place for 1/2 day, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will focus on conveying 4 topics including: Disseminating and approving the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029 and the Law amending the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mobilizing the masses through movements and campaigns of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and some contents of implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns in the province; Activities of the Investment Supervision Board of the community of communes, wards and towns; Activities of the People's Inspection Board of communes, wards and towns.
