After 3 days of exciting and enthusiastic competition, the 16th Vietnam Journalists Association Cup Table Tennis Tournament 2023 ended in an exciting and joyful atmosphere of the press and fans nationwide.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Loi - Permanent Vice President of Vietnam Journalists Association, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Award delivered the closing speech.
Speaking at the closing ceremony on the afternoon of December 15, comrade Nguyen Duc Loi - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 16th Vietnam Journalists Association Cup Table Tennis Tournament - 2023 shared that in order to have a truly quality and prestigious tournament, commensurate with the progress after 15 times of organizing the tournament, in the condition of both ensuring the implementation of professional tasks and actively responding to the Association's activities, the Journalists Association at all levels and press agencies have always paid attention to encouraging and directing the vibrant table tennis movement from the grassroots level.
The final match of the Mixed Doubles under 45 was exciting and dramatic between Ho Chi Minh City Television and Hung Yen Journalists Association.
Since then, the passion for table tennis of journalists and members has been fueled. Many new faces, young players competing with experienced players, many times winners before, have created the attraction of the tournament. The athletes have conquered the peak of the tournament convincingly in the love and admiration of comrades and colleagues.
The Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association warmly congratulated the athletes who won the well-deserved gold, silver and bronze medals. At the same time, he commended the members of the Organizing Committee and the referees for working responsibly, honestly and objectively to achieve competition results worthy of the athletes' talents and training efforts.

In addition, comrade Nguyen Duc Loi expressed his thanks to the Hanoi People's Committee, the General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi Radio and Television Station, Trinh Hoai Duc Stadium, Midomax Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company - BSR for accompanying the Vietnam Journalists Association to successfully organize the 16th Vietnam Journalists Association Cup Table Tennis Tournament in 2023.

The 16th Vietnam Journalists Association Cup Table Tennis Tournament in 2023 has 40 registered delegations with 190 athletes participating in the competition, including: 155 male athletes, 35 female athletes from all levels of the Journalists Association, press agencies from all over the country. The athletes successfully completed 14 competition events according to the Regulations of the 16th Vietnam Journalists Association Cup Table Tennis Tournament in 2023.
