The Indian Corner in Ninh Thuan is located at the Provincial Library, displaying and introducing more than 100 books and documents on the fields of culture, society, economy, education, tourism, etc. Thereby, meeting the needs of learning and accessing information related to the country and people of India, including many fields to introduce and promote the image of India to the people, intellectuals, researchers, students, and tourists in the locality. All equipment and documents of the Indian Corner are supported by the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City to demonstrate the close relationship of Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India with Ninh Thuan province during his time working and having just completed his duties, ending a successful working term in Vietnam.
Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India and leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism performed the ribbon cutting ceremony to inaugurate the Indian Corner in Ninh Thuan.
It is known that in the past, India has sponsored the construction of the Cham Community House in Bau Truc, Phuoc Dan Town (Ninh Phuoc). Ninh Thuan Province has also had 2 art troupes come to India for exchanges and performances. The province has also welcomed Indian dance troupes for exchanges; Indian Famtrip groups came to survey tourism.
