Xay Da B Industrial Park has a total area of ​​53.9 hectares; total investment capital is 888 billion VND; started in 2020 and officially started construction in March 2023. During the construction process of the Industrial Park, the investor encountered many difficulties and obstacles but always received the support and assistance of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee of Soc Trang province and departments, branches and localities. Up to now, the Industrial Park has been invested in and completed, with synchronous technical infrastructure, ensuring sufficient conditions to receive production and business projects at the Industrial Park according to regulations.

According to Mr. Thai Vy Luong - CEO of DinTsun Group, currently, Xay Da B Industrial Park has attracted 2 secondary investors who are companies specializing in garment manufacturing. Mr. Thai Vy Luong said that the products expected to be produced at the industrial park are very diverse and in line with international trends. In addition, with the change in world trade policy, Vietnam has many advantages, great export opportunities and this is an opportunity for Soc Trang to grasp and develop. "DinTsun Group has been and is immediately starting to attract secondary investors to invest in Xay Da B Industrial Park. At the same time, it is committed to guiding investors in implementing investment procedures and building factories in 2025 in accordance with Vietnamese law" - Mr. Thai Vy Luong emphasized.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Soc Trang province, Comrade Lam Hoang Nghiep - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee praised the efforts and determination of the investor and the contractor to complete the Construction Infrastructure Investment Project of Xay Da B Industrial Park on schedule. He said that Xay Da B Industrial Park is the first industrial park in Soc Trang province to attract FDI capital and when the secondary projects are completed and put into operation, it will create jobs for about 10,000 workers, contributing to poverty reduction, creating more industrial production value and developing the local socio-economy. Therefore, Soc Trang identified this as a project that brings practical benefits in terms of society and economy, so the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee are interested in closely directing and accompanying the investor in the project implementation process.

In the coming time, in order for the operation of Xay Da B Industrial Park to stabilize and promote efficiency, comrade Lam Hoang Nghiep requested the investor to urgently develop a plan to attract secondary projects to implement construction in 2025 in accordance with legal regulations and planned industries. Closely coordinate with relevant departments, branches and Chau Thanh District People's Committee to have a plan to train and attract local workers, so that when the secondary project is completed, there will be enough skilled workers to serve production well. In addition, the investor must perform well the task of managing and operating the infrastructure of the Industrial Park in accordance with regulations on investment, construction, land, environmental protection; fire prevention and fighting and regulations on industrial park management to ensure that the industrial park operates and produces with the highest efficiency.

At the inauguration ceremony, 2 groups and 9 individuals with achievements in contributing and supporting the operation of the Xay Da B Industrial Park in Chau Thanh district, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. On this occasion, the investor of the Xay Da B Industrial Park and the cooperating enterprises donated over 400 million VND to the locality to build houses, carry out social security projects and give gifts to poor households and students in difficult circumstances in the district.
