On the morning of April 11, the Provincial People's Committee opened the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 in Bac Ninh province with the theme "Entering the era of national development with books". Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Thi Van, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, leaders of Departments under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, departments, branches and sectors of the province.

4th time in 2025 Bac Ninh province
The 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 in Bac Ninh province was held from April 11 to 13 with many programs and rich content, attracting a large number of students, students, and people to visit and experience, with about 30 booths displaying and introducing books of more than 10 bookstores, book distribution companies and publishers with nearly 100,000 book titles and over 1 million copies of books registered for display. Within the framework of Book Day, Bac Ninh province also organized a series of activities such as: Giving books, promoting and introducing books, exchanges, discussions, and discussions about books with famous speakers; competitions, with the theme "Great Victory of Spring 1975 - Aspiration for Peace and National Reunification", art performances, folk games... Thereby, contributing to making the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 in Bac Ninh province more rich and diverse.
In addition to the main activities of the Book and Reading Culture Day, Bac Ninh province also organized the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest and the “Family Reading - Connecting Love” Contest. These are key activities with practical significance launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
